# Rechnungsdaten

Auf der **Rechnungsdaten**-Seite könnt Ihr alle relevanten Informationen zu Euren Abrechnungen, Rechnungsadressen und Zahlungsdetails verwalten.

### **Übersicht der Funktionen**

#### **Rechnungsadresse**

* Hier könnt Ihr Eure Firmendaten hinterlegen, darunter:
  * Name des Unternehmens
  * Adresse (Straße, PLZ, Ort)
  * E-Mail-Adresse für den Rechnungsempfang
* Änderungen müssen mit **"Speichern"** bestätigt werden.

#### **Identifikation**

* Erfassung des Geschäftsführers oder Inhabers.
* Angabe der **USt.-ID** für steuerliche Zwecke.
* Änderungen können ebenfalls gespeichert werden.

#### **Bankverbindung**

* Hinterlegung der **IBAN** für Auszahlungen und SEPA-Lastschriftmandat.
* Falls das **Lastschriftmandat aktiviert** ist, werden Gebühren oder Abrechnungen automatisch eingezogen.
* Änderungen müssen mit **"Speichern"** bestätigt werden.

#### **Abrechnungen**

* Übersicht aller bisherigen Rechnungen mit:
  * **Datum** der Rechnung
  * **Rechnungsbetrag**
  * **Rechnungsnummer**
* Hier könnt Ihr vergangene Rechnungen einsehen und ggf. herunterladen.

### **Nutzungshinweise**

✅ **Haltet Eure Rechnungsadresse aktuell**, um Probleme bei der Abrechnung zu vermeiden.\
✅ Falls sich Eure Bankverbindung ändert, aktualisiert sie rechtzeitig, um Zahlungsausfälle zu verhindern.\
✅ Prüft regelmäßig Eure Rechnungen und klärt Unstimmigkeiten frühzeitig.
